I am very obese right from my childhood.But I want to lose weight bcoz i dont want any problems in future.But whenever I start a fitness regime i continue it strictly for a week and afterwards I am unable to follow it.Please help...

Petertjuh You should make a note with it but not to much things like first no cookies and u just build it up from a little diet untill a big diet like: first water in stead of soda then u just build it up till no cookies no fast food etc Hope this helped and is best...

Petertjuh Yea he should of listened i hate it when dogs attack people specially this if they die. You can just walk trough the park with the kids but just watch out for the dogs just walk with a bow around them or something. Not all the dogs are bad
