I've been like this for several years. I've tried counseling, medication, and taking time off. I don't think I was meant to work for someone else. I believe I was meant to be my own boss.

The way you are feeling is a sign that you need to find something else. The wrong job will make you age 50 years, and believe me when I say it is effecting your work performance.

I'm very competent in my abilities, for me the dread comes from feeling like everything will fall upon my soldiers. I'm the type of person who likes to be the go to guy, but if people put to much pressure I tend to close up.

Yes, things are especially har when you have been designated as the person to blame. I had a few bosses who tried to blame their failings on me, and I swear I will never work for someone like that again.

The only natural event I know of that could be world-ending would be the gas pockets being found in Antarctica. I don't know much about it, but I have heard it has scientist very nervous.
