PratikPatel yes of course, the first thing is to smack him/her...bcoz u need ur child to make that incident remember for his lifetime and feel sorry for it...also we need to make them understand thats really wrong and life of an animal is as important as n human being...

PratikPatel ofcourse yes smoking should be banned in public places..it not only is harmful for the people who smoke but also for other people who inhale the smoke bcoz a person smokes....so there has to be a line drawn somewhere so that people follow the rules..i think...
