RedRidingHood Wow, that is way out of line. As long as you can prove that you are who you say you are I can't think of a single legal reason why they wouldn't let you see your records. (not that I'm an expert in medical law)

RedRidingHood Yes, I think that part of the reason crime is getting so bad is because people are unwilling to say anything. I heard that there was a girl murdered at a pool not far from here and even though there were several people there no one saw anything.
