RichieRichardson Its true my dear friend that we need to enjoy our life to its fullest. But its not all about enjoying sometimes it means we have to step off the road and do what we shouldnt have to do and which is unnecessary for our existence..

How Can I Fight Sleep?

RichieRichardson A jose silva method is to get interested in the work u do. when u get interested u r working on ur nervous energy and it stimulates ur brain in lsuch large extent that u wont fall asleep.
