RingoBerry I have to agree. We've tried it making different variations too. Some with fruits, some with nuts, on a cake (yes a cake XD) and etc. The original ingredients are so few that its become quite welcoming to a lot of possible variations and creativity.

RingoBerry It is! My friend tried out a recipe which added pureed pumpkin into the flan for Christmas. Turned out quite nice, too.

RingoBerry Almost the same recipe as Leche Flan! The sugar is melted in a thin mold then the mixture of egg yolk, evaporated+condensed milk is poured inside then steamed.
