Why are most jokes in India framed on Sadarji's?

I have heard many jokes through my friends that are framed on Sardarji's.It makes me curious as the poor,humble & hardworking sardarji's are made foolish in charecter in jokes.Can someone tell me the reason?

anjuscor Banta Singh was in court charged with parking his car in a restricted area. The judge asked him if he had anything to say in his defence. "They shouldn't put up such misleading notices,"said Banta Singh." It said , FINE FOR PARKING HERE."

mcbota My favorite actor is Anthony Hopkins and I like how he plays in most of his movies and I prefer him in front of young actors and I consider him the best!

The Asian Games 2006 rocked the whole world.It had the most colorfull,cheerfull,cultural and rocking opening ceremony.

KahYee for me it was PE, that was the only subject in our school where you don't have homework!! and it's a good thing to sport, you can refresh yourself

I would like to know which water you prefer drinking filtered or tap water?? As for myself when I was living in the country I only could drink filtered water but now I have moved I can now drink tap water again.
