Rolf46 I agree this story is crazy... but isn't it from the UK? I know the USA also has problems, and you could proably find other strange stories (e.g. corporate bailouts like AIG) but this example doesn't appear to be from the United States.

i think so..because even a Ferrari Enzo or 599 won't stand a chance against the sheer engineering and power that the Bugatti Veyron has..that this is just on a whole new level...wow what do you think Top Gear viewers? :)

Rolf46 I agree.. The 16.4 is amazing.. and they continue to apply variations (convertible), etc. As much as I apprciate the other super car marques.. the Bugatti remains the top dog. It is hard to beat 1001 BHP and good aerodyamics. It is one super Volkswagen!!!

Rolf46 I think they use various drivers for the Stig.. I believe Ben Collins has been one,, but there have surely been others since McCarthy. The luxury they they have as producers is that having a 'secret identity' means they can use any 'tame racing driver'...

Rolf46 I like all of the presenters, but I have to admit I always root for Capt Slow or the Hampster to win the challenges. because Clarkson is so bombastic! I always cheer for the underdogs!
