SavingDiva The best way that I have found to lose weight is to watch what goes into your mouth. Keep a notebook and write down EVERYTHING you eat. Even if it is a bite of your child's food. I find that just writing the food I eat down cuts down on what I choose to eat....

SavingDiva One picture is free However, it is so worth it to purchase a gallery too. I almost always put up a single picture and a gallery. I think it call additional attention to your listing. Also, you could always use a stock photo.
