Sleepingcap usually if you google "the-name-of-the-site scam" you might get the scam reports if there are any to be found. And if they offer to pay you 50 cents per click or more.. then that place is certainly a scam.. like.. very certainly. But in most cases asking here...

Sleepingcap If you would check the packages your hoster offers, then you can see which packages let you have a blog there and which don't. The one, where you don't pay a dime doesn't allow it. And as the free version doesn't have ftp access, you won't be able to set it...
