Smiffy24 I play football and have been made captain of my team this year and this year we won the league and my manager and club chairman said alot of good things about me at a presentation we had so I like to think of myslef as a leader :D

When at the gym do you prefer to do a full or split body part workout and why? I do a split workout over 3 days a week (mon,wed,fri) allowing time for recovery and better gains. Is this the best way to do it?

Smiffy24 If its your team playing nothing beats a stadium with its atmosphere and sense of unity, although you can't see replays and analysis you could always watch that when you come home.
