Soniasony I often see people in a hurry acting weird..I have seen people running inside the lift once its open and not letting others to come out..I have even seen people shouting in mobile though they get no signal..etc etc :)

Soniasony I always think of walking up the stairs instead of taking the elevator, but I just keep thinking ..as I feel I dont have much time to exercise..I think its a good practice. I am thinking to do it atleast a week from now.Yes it helps circulation.
