i am just having an off day. i should be in a great mood. my son is being good, i saw my ob today and that went well, the new baby is fine. but i just feel depressed. have you ever felt really down for no reason?

michelledarcy I sometimes feel down and can't work out a specific reason, but usually its due to PMT or low blood sugar. Maybe you should treat yourself to something nice to eat to cheer yourself up!
