What happens when the pests aren't the real pests?

About every four months my apartment sends out a letter that states pest control will be coming by to spray. I have never had any bug problems, but the maintenance man tells me I am one of the few whose apartment is not a pig sty....

MTFinds Sounds like they are dragging their feet. Something that simple as a filter, they are probably dragging their feet on other things. If it will give you peace of mind, move. I believe in less stress as possible.
