Tariq Ahmad @amnabas your parrot is very beautiful, my kids love pets, especially parrots. If you visit Islamabad must visit the birds cage in Lake view park, Asia's 2nd large birds cage. There is every kinds of birds.

Tariq Ahmad With my experience and what Nutrition said that the best time to eat fruits is after meal, with in an hour, because fruits have fibers and Vitamin C which helps to dissolve your meal.
