Is not enough sleep bad?

What do you think? Is it true that not enough sleep causes diabetes and other illnesses? I have heard some things. I am more interested than concerned because I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. How about you?

Yanglong sometimes i sleep more than 8 hours, but always less than 8 hours, i'm not very concerned about that, if i get enough time, i could sleep day and night.

i have noticed that more people are now acquiring laptops and they're not using mouse anymore. even if im using that i'd still prefer using the mouse since i find it uncomfortable of not having one. how about you?

Yanglong I seldom get sick. but if i don't wanna go to work or school, call in sick is a really good excuse. Strangely, i call in headache, i will have a headache next day, or i call in other problems, i will have that problem next day. haha, really interesting.

Yanglong I hate long fingernails, when my nails grow longer, I cut it as soon as possible. Long fingernails make you to get more bacteria. And you will look neatly when you have short nails. So, do not be lazy, cutting fingernails can't take you so much time.
