Power walking

I have just been power walking and I feel really good for it I used to do it often and then with christmas I tended to not do it, do you exercise what do you do? Do you feel better afterwards?

What is your favorite sandwhich? is it in bread? Brown or white? Is it a baguette or bagel? Roll or wrap? Surely there are just too many choices what ever happened to the simple two pieces of bread with a filling?

How do you cope if you are in bad at different times???

I am finding it really frustrating at the moment, I am up with the kids in the morning a 6.30am which means by 10pm I am knackered and ready for bed, hubby doesnt get up until 8am and then thinks 10pm is early so doesnt tend to go...

Do you think Alex ferguson makes Man utd or do you think they all make a great team? I think he is a driving force and because the players respect him then he gets the best out of them, it will be a sad day when he retires.

How many of you eat and work on the Pc at the same time? Dont you drop food all over the keyboard, I am always telling the kids not to do it as it makes a mess everywhere. DO you do it?

I actually prefer white, I think brown rice tastes odd and all bitty maybe it is the way I cook it but I love white rice so I must be doing something right lol

Do you still bake cakes?

Do you still bake cakes or do you buy them from the shops? Is it just easier to shop buy them rather than take the time to bake them? I still like to make my kids birthday cakes and think it is special when you do this.

Do you uploads pictures and photos everytime you start a topic? Are they pictures of you and your family or just random ones? I am considering doing this and didnt know if there are benefits to doing so?
