Is this considered stealing?

If you take something from someone without the knowledge/consent of the owner but you have the intention of returning it before the owner knew it was missing, is this considered stealing or borrowing?

afoolproofplan I guess it all depends on how well you know the person. I mean if you know they wouldn't want you to it's iffy. But if you're sure they'll be alright with it... Will this person inform the owner?

afoolproofplan Yep ramen noddle would have to be the cheapest for me too. Most fruits and vegetables are fairly low cost here too. TV dinners are pretty cheap too at around 84 cents a piece. Also frozen burritos at 23 cent each. Cheap brand lunch meat is good too. And bread....
