agrshal I think emails have already taken the place of the general post. These days one rarely write mails as there are facility of emails and telephone which are more comfortable and much much quiker. The general post is now restricted to the official posts.

agrshal Yes I do bite nails but only when they get big in size. I have this habit of biting nails from my childhood. I bite the nails only of my right hand and not of my left hand. I also bite nails if they get broken by some injury, etc.
