Does anyone else get sick from drinking too much water?

I know we have to drink like eight cups a day but when I try to chug it to catch up, I get sick. I can't remember to drink it often. What can I do to remind myself or get les sick?

Retirement Age

I heard the retirement age is now a decade higher than what it was forty years ago because we're living longer and medical costs are soaring. This is unfortunate to hear. I wouldn't want to be in that situation.

akatsukipein for me, retirement is not based on the age but rather to the person capability to perform things. we have seniors who aged 60 to 80 years of age, but still strong as a bull compared to the younger one. we should evaluate the person in order to declared retired...

akatsukipein it depends, when i am in home i drink tap water from the faucet. when i am in a travel a buy bottled water from nearby mart. but no matter whether tap or bottled is must be free from harmful radicals and must purified.
