some of this doses will go unused and be destroyed because it has reached its expiration date.. it is about 40 million doses that are leftover from H1N1 scare... they should have donated it to other countries...

this is scary... P68 per kWh if you'll consume 100 kW in a month you'll have P6800 electric bill!! too pricey!!! that's is absurd!!! i hope Pnoy will make this change... and do anything in his power not to make this nationwide......
