alice1229 I think that differs among different people. My mother sleeps for five hours every night. I feel she is healthy. Only if we get used to our living habit, healthy will get along with you.

alice1229 I never say "I love you" to my parents. In china, people seldom express their true feeling, they only keep that under the heart. I think it is better to express my thanks to the people around me, but I ind it is so difficult to speak that out.
