alphapanda Omega-3 is indeed essential for body and the best source is fish. But am unable to correlate it with arthritis. Am not sure if it is good for arthritis. Glucosamine is good for arthritis which has been extracted from plants as well.

alphapanda Relax, just take half cup of white vinegar and drink it, you might feel better and lighter. Never do over eating as it gives lot of discomfort.

alphapanda I have never heard of this but yes I feel there is some connection. Gynaec doctors say no to grapes or grape juices when it comes to not having baby.I don't know the reason but have heard of it so there is some relation.
