alyssum90 the time of day you eat has little to nothing to do with how much weight you lose. It takes a lot more than that. I can't say whether or not it's healthy....depends on the type of food you eat.

alyssum90 I'm pretty sure if you save them you can cash them in for money somewhere. That's all I know though. Otherwise I've seen them used in many types of crafts.

alyssum90 If you want to sell them, I would strongly suggest framing them. What type of canvas is it? If you just used cheap fabric paints, you shouldn't ask for too much for them. If you have a lot to sell you could get a booth at a craft fair or something similar.
