anNiTa i am not big on the sour fruits, but i do love strawberries and blueberries any type of berries i am a great fan of, and i know they are a great source of antioxicents.

anNiTa i really let them have it, specially if its someone who know about my condition. i understand your frustration. its hard as it is with kids to even get a nap and their can be a lot of inconsiderate ppl, who many not think that its a big deal, oh but it is.
