Ana Sefcic As far as I know, it's not unhealthy to eat meat daily.If it's meat high in fats, you should be careful because it may cause different things later, if not, don't worry.

Ana Sefcic I really understand you. I've been overweight since I was a little child and it's been really hard for me to keep myself from eating sweets or snacks because all the others kids were doing so. The best advice that I can give you is to try to find a balance....
