Toilet facilities:To touch or not to touch!

Places we go to that we don't know whether we should even touch the door knob...much less the toilet paper that you think to use to grab it instead. Do you squat over the toilet,or do you just wait til you get a better place to go...

I'm trying to be good and to get rest while I'm in this chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia crash. But there are all these things I want to do! I am trying to pace myself by doing something for a very short time and then resting. But...
