AnnaKern I think it is ok to spank a kid when it is dangerous for him/her to keep on doing what s/he is doing, like running away into the road.

AnnaKern It is not a solution at all, as the population is growing not because of childbirth rate goes up, but because people live longer. We don't want to propose say 70 is the deadline - welcome to killing room, as we don't want a growing population
