Do you believe in vitamins?

I am talking about those that come in pills&tablets in the pharmacy... Do they work for you, or is it mostly like placebo? I suspect that our body doesn´t digest the biggest part of those vitamins. What do tyou think?

annieja i don't think i would meet him. in this day and age, and all that online predators, you may not be safe. do you ever watch dateline on NBC? they have a regular program on online predators and there are people posing as people they really are not.
