I have the bad habilt of shouting at home to my wife or mum for even silly things. I am trying very hard to control my anger but sometime i loose my temper and began to shout. How i can control my anger. Do you shout at home.

anuraggoel1981 bsically i dont like lies but for someone sake i can lie . i dont how many lie isay but just 1or 2 that too doesnt hurt anyone becoz by lying to our closed ones we are betraying ourselves in a way.
