aquila the only thing that has workd with me is to fill mouth with water then hold head down toward the floor and then swallow the water. It has worked every time.

aquila My whole family loves spicey foods. We cook with plenty of cayenne, Red Pepper and even use jalapeno jelly on toast. Our favorites are jerk chicken, hot wings and chili! We also love to try different ethnic dishes that cook with alot of spices as well.
