aravindkrd I also prefer to respond only if I have something different to say, there are many who consider this (not responding) as being ignored. But there are occasions where, we don't have nothing new to say but the effort taken by the poster really deserves a thanks...

aravindkrd No, its not what I meant, 4-6 hours means - you can set a time table and stick to it.. and still manage to eat only when you are hungry. Also, you can eat a lot more when you are really hungry, our capacity is restricted when we are not hungry as some space is...

aravindkrd yes.. MyLot really helps a lot in improving language.. as most of the active members use English as their primary/native language. It is of course human to be curious about what others think about our views....
