Everyone feels the stress at some point in their life. Some are able to free themselves from it and some not. So, what do u do to get some peace of mind ?

Hanni Harel @ashuli I close the room to a door and if want peace and quiet I put my white noise machines on to drown out other noises so can concentrate on what I am doing.
