atmhoque I think the problem device is display device. reboot the computer in safe mood by pressing f8 keys in start up. If it run on safe mood then its definitely your display card.

atmhoque Taking fresh vegetable everyday and live tension free is the best way to prevent skin aging and look younger. The anti aging products prevent it temporarily but in long run those are worthless.

atmhoque IE 7 does not support previous version of XP. You need to Install Service Pack 2 before installing IE 7. May be this is the reason.
