Avonlisa Hi, Don't worry he has seen a doctor and we are using the calamine lotion on his spots. I didn't know about the sweating so thank you for telling me that, although at the moment there is no fever. Lisa

Avonlisa Hi Avonbev, The site you want for info on Lighterlife is www.lighterlife.com. Suze off the other forum is on it also and has lost over 8 stone, so it is a good diet. Its a bit pricey but it is very effective. Lisa
