awynne1 I take vitamins everyday, but I've always believed that vitamin c is the most important of them all. If you only take one vitamin, vitamin c is a good choice! But the more you build up your immune system, the better your chances of fighting flus, etc.

awynne1 Yes, I'm addicted to caffeine. I worked for coffee roasters for years. Developed a good taste for quality coffee. If I go without, I will most likely get headaches. But a little bit of coffee goes a long way. You can control it if you want to.
