bdsmith214 Although I'd like to believe in real male-female friendships, there are always some problems. I've had 3 guys in the past that I've considered best friends. The first guy was a year younger and attended a different school. Eventually we grew apart, naturally....

bdsmith214 Definitely older guys or guys around your age. I've learned from experience that guys tend to mature a little later than females... An immature boyfriend is a HEADACHE!!! So generally, I'd go for the older guy, not too much older... maybe 2-3 years.
