beatrizguiselle the worst could be the mother board failure. Try fixya.com and trouble shoot from there. Also test the power outlet and try it on a different one, or try at a friends house. It could be a faulty power adapter or the connectors inside the laptop....

beatrizguiselle Why would you use other than photoshop? Photoshop is the best of the best out there, then is corel... You can google some other software which is easier to use but you will find non compared to photoshop.
