berlay My friend here suggested that you should play basketball or tennis at least twice a week. Minimize eating white foods. Eat lots of fruits (banana) and vegees.

There are sooooo many unfortunate little ones in my country. When I see their life being wasted, it makes me feel very sad that I am not in a position to do anything for them, save feed them occassionally as I to am not well off....
