bestcj NO you're just resetting the IE Internet Explorer. But you will lost your bookmarks, saved password and history. But this will help you to determine if you're IE settings is already altered or corrupted.

bestcj maybe his not referring to driver but the actual recovery disk where you can restore the computer to factory settings. I'm sure that's is not for free. But if the problem is drive only Dell also have a website where you can find driver for there hardware. But...

bestcj OK I understand, try resetting your Internet Settings. If your Using IE. go to toolsinternet optionsadvanced TAB and reset.
