How to avoid algae formation in flower pots???

i have planted many plants and they were doing good but few days before I saw algae formation in my pots.. Is it harmful ?? or just natural?? If harmful plz tell me the way how to remove it and avoid its formation in future...

bloggerpandey It looks good but with appearance we can't whether a site is fake or not. But to me I think these type of work from home are hopeless. Nobody earns a $350/ day by just posting in forums and similar stuff..
