boocie Being a homeowner myself that would drive me crazy.... I would go next door, or find out who is building the house, I mean the owners not the builders.... Show them you bills from past and now present... Also go to the water company and let them know...

boocie It really depends on the quality of service... I use to waitress, so I always tip at leat $5.00 no matter how much I have spent... If you look at it like this, if that was you trying to make a living off of your tips, since they don't get a high min wage...
