edibleorganicgardening Ugh No!!!! Do NOT do that. Those diets can be quite dangerous. They shock your system and can mess up your digestion. Such diets should be gradual and not so harsh. As for me, I am thin, healthy and very much alive, so I am very happy and grateful for that :D
