bytecracker While PHP isn't actually a 'programming language' and You can just edit a .php file on Your website and run it within seconds, so IDE's are not that needed, if you really have to use an IDE, I'd recommend Eclipse.

bytecracker Well, the only way easy way to get money just for surfing the Net(yes, there actually is one) is bing.com rewards. You basically get rewarded for using the bing search engine.
