cbchops I've never tried green ones. They definitely shouldn't be too ripe thouggh. I wouldn't try drying them if they're mushy. Also, if the tomatoes have bruises on them I cut off the bruised parts. Good luck! You may try making salsa with your tomatoes too. I...
