chanchalpal14 You can delete your bank account given in the Paypal Account. Even better would be to delete your Paypal account and then open another one with a different Email ID.

chanchalpal14 I think you need to be more open with your parents. Talk with them, and if required take the help of some elders - relatives or neighbors. I myself had gone through this when I was a teenager. In fact I had become an introvert as I used to keep all to myself....
