I just wanted to find out how many people felt like I did, I thought that marriage wouldn't change me or our relationship but since we got married I feeli like things have changed...for the better...I have never frlt such a level...

I don't like running and have limited resources so can't join the gym. Do you know any easy and useful tips on how to tone up and lose a little weight. i don't like to starve myself either so only decent advice please. thanks
