charlie69 Try a variety. Do running one day and then try swimming. By doing different activities you are getting a varied workout and working all parts of your body.

charlie69 yes there is a huge ikea not too far from mine only about a 10 minute drive so it is easily accessable. I dont shop there much myself but my parents are always buying some sort of new lighting or chairs or pictures or something from there! oh and hotdogs. mmm
