chauhaan You should increase ur diet. You should have a heavy lunch, dinner n breakfasts, But u should also have strong exercises everyday like running (joggoing), push ups etc. You can also join a gym for building ur muscles.

chauhaan I think in this case, yahoo messanger is the best. otally agree wid u dear, that if u r bored u can have chatrooms. Other thing is that, yahoo messanger is quite simple in case of tabs/buttons/function unlike google talk.
