Have you noticed how many of the chefs smoke on Hell's Kitchen and the other chef reality shows? Don't they know that nicotine numbs the palate? It's no wonder they all do so poorly in the taste challenges.

This past season of Hell's Kitchen was the first I've watched and it made me decide to watch Kitchen Nightmares. I'm just wondering which one is preferred by other watchers? I'm having trouble deciding which I like better.

chicospagal Currently I prefer Hell's Kitchen. That is mainly due to my pregnancy. Kitchen Nightmares shows some gnarly stuff that really makes me want to puke. I thoroughly enjoyed Gordon Ramsay's autobiography, too!
